Beautifully Flavoured Indulgent Perfection - Have you ever had a perfectly cooked, beautifully seasoned steak and thought, I wish I could eat this as a snack? If so then this is the answer to all of your prayers. I had high hopes for this biltong when I ordered it, and it has surpassed my expectations in every way. If you are a fan of jerky then you have to try this biltong because you will never go back, and if you've never tried biltong before I promise you that you will LOVE this. It is melt in your mouth perfection. The only issue you will have will be trying not to eat it all in one sitting

YOU NEED TO TRY THIS - Absolutely bang on! 15/10. Bought the 'fatty' garlic biltong. Lovely punch of garlic flavour. great value for money. Good ratio of meat/fat. Better than Kings, better than Jack links. Better than them all. Highly recommend.

The Best - Officially from a South African As a dinkum South African, raised on braais, combies, sunny skies and Chevrolet, rugby, and melktert - I can confirm this is the best biltong and droewors I’ve ever had outside of my home town of Klerksdorp. Remember back in the late 70s when the local garage used to have an illicit projector room round the back and charge you a rand to watch bootleg American films while your uncle Roy got you some cold fantas and cut you a big lekker slice of perfectly salted billies with just the right amount of vet and moisture so you could chew it for ages while sipping on your cooldrink? THIS biltong is THAT memory. Pure perfection. Pure South Africa.

So Morish! - This are the best droewors we have found in the UK. It is full of flavour and has a lovely texture. A brilliant after school snack for the kids to keep them going till dinner time. I would really recommend these. This company's biltong is also fantastic - especially the peri peri one which isn't too spicy.

Genuine Top Glass Biltong - I'm South African and I love my biltong, but I have been out of the country for nearly 20 years. I have tried a huge amount of UK produced biltong over the years - but most have failed to hit the spot… I NEVER write reviews, but the quality of this biltong - has inspired me to write one. The perfect degree of wet v dry with an awesome flavour has hit the spot for me... Highly recommended! More please!

Buy this immediately! I’ve just received my 7th kilo of biltong from the biltong man, and I just can't get enough. I've even put about 8 other people onto this stuff and they've all become obsessives too. Absolutely and entirely delicious. I've eaten biltong and jerky variants all over the world: this guy makes it better than anyone else and it's not even close.

The BEST QUALITY post surgery dietary supplement - I have bought this product for several years where I have had a need to increase the amount of iron in my diet post surgery. On the last occasion I lost half of my blood during surgery and with little trust in transfusion bloods I opted again to eat Biltong for it's high iron content as part of my recovery regime. GOOD excuse or what? This product is excellent quality and having eaten this product in several countries around the globe I can honestly say this is the best I have found.

As the title says, just amazing quality. I was advised not to get the spicy ones as they were so hot but what's life without a bit of taste? It's personal preference but I've found that they're just the right amount of heat and added flavour to an already delicious meat. My go to snack hands down. It's just hard not eating too much!

Super tasty, great value - Absolutely love this stuff! Been buying it over and over again since I started on a high protein, low calorie diet. The taste is great, with a nice bit of spice to make it more interesting - I find myself snacking on it all the time! It's great value for money too, and a 500g bag lasts me two weeks at a time, for which I have to keep it in the fridge.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our products, shipping, returns, and more.

Why are these packs cheaper? +

They have a shorter best-before date or come from a slightly drier batch. The recipe, the beef and our quality checks are exactly the same as our full-price range.

Is it safe to eat close to the best-before date? +

Yes. A best-before date is about quality, not safety (unlike a use-by date). Our biltong is air-dried and naturally shelf-stable, so it stays delicious right up to the date on the pack.

Will there be more anti-waste deals? +

Yes. Stock changes often and every deal is limited, so check back regularly or sign up to our newsletter to hear about new deals first.

What is biltong? +

Biltong is a traditional South African dried meat, marinated in vinegar, salt, and spices, then air-dried. Unlike jerky, it is not smoked or cooked with heat, which gives it a tender texture and a rich, natural flavour.

What is droëwors? +

Droëwors (pronounced 'droo-eh-vors') is a traditional South African dried sausage, seasoned with coriander and spices. It's a high-protein snack that's perfect for on-the-go snacking.

What is the difference between biltong and beef jerky? +

Beef jerky is cooked or smoked using direct heat, resulting in a drier, firmer texture. Biltong is air-dried at cool temperatures, which preserves more moisture and delivers a fuller, more natural flavour.

Are our products Gluten Free? +

All of our biltong is Gluten Free.
However, our Droewors is not.

How long does beef snacks last once opened? +

4-6 days is the standard consumption recommendation. However, correct storing of your beef snacks can extend its longevity.

How should I store my beef snacks once opened? +

The recommended way to store our beef snacks, if you don't want to share it, is to 'hide’ your beef snacks in a cool, dry, well ventilated place out of direct sunlight. A kitchen cupboard away from your oven would be just fine!

Do your products contain allergens? +

Some of our products may contain gluten, soy, or other allergens depending on the variant. Please check the individual product page for full allergen information.

What is the shelf life of your products? +

Our products typically have a shelf life of 3 to 6 months in their original sealed packaging, when stored in a cool, dry place.

What cuts of beef do you use ? +

Biltong is made with sustainably sourced grass fed UK, Irish and EU Beef. The cut used is called Silverside, best known and used for biltong.

What is your return policy? +

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
